How can I redeem my points?
Simply connect a new service to your Arrow Account or transfer an existing service from another carrier to Arrow or re-contract an existing service to one of our great new packages for 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. The longer you commit, the more rewards you can redeem!

What products can I redeem my points on?
Redeem on Fixed Line Voice Services (PSTN, ISDN, VOIP), Broadband (ADSL, ADSL2+, Ethernet & Wireless), 1300 & 1800 services, Mobile Plans & Wireless Dongle Internet

How will I see my redeemed points?
When you have recontracted, added services or brought services to Arrow, on your next Arrow Account bill will appear your redeemed cash reward!Usually on page 3.

Is there a limit to how many points I can cash in?

Grab you very latest Arrow Account Bill and go to page 3. This is updated each month with each new bill. Or log into "My Account", your online administration weapon for regular updates.
